Housed within a 5 Star Green Star building, the interior fitout supplements the building’s green credentials. Large, open-plan work areas are located near windows to take advantage of fresh air intake, with built elements at the centre of the floor plate. The fitout targeted a 90 percent waste reduction. Individual switching controls energy consumption, while reduced lux levels in the open-plan and carefully selected white goods, appliances, furniture and workstations contribute to a more sustainable interior.
