Inspired by Sony’s positioning statement, the commission was to implement a retail concept “like no other”. The project working title, “Sony-live”, was a constant reminder to the design team to focus on creating an experiential retail environment, alive with product and information. The store offers a hands-on interactive experience, where customers can touch and feel the products and understand their everyday uses.
