Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) fitout

The head office of SKM, a diverse engineering company, was refurbished to accommodate all staff on the one site, with additional new space also fit out. The open plan environment provides efficiency of space and supports connectivity. Flexibility is facilitated by generic floor plates and a single style of workstation, with an adjustable kit of parts to suit individual users. Circulation routes throughout the centralised built zones and perimeter workstations are deliberately designed to culminate at interactive zones that combine meeting and breakout spaces.
