QIC – Central Plaza 2

QIC wanted a workplace that allowed differentiation to exist between groups while creating physical linkages between business units. This was achieved by linking the floors and informal brainstorming areas through interconnecting stairs. QIC view themselves as a ‘village of boutiques’ and this was a key point of inspiration for the design solution.
The importance of expressing the unique characters of these ‘boutiques’ was emphasised by the representation of the structure and diversity of the organisation through the space.
