Middle Cove House

The project is a reinterpretation of a 1960s Pettit+Sevitt house in Sydney’s Middle Cove area. The house was a simple split level type that, while offering a lot of potential, under-utilised the site and spatial possibilities of the existing floor plan. The re-design respects the original house but is more open, light and, ultimately, more joyful.
