Hallmark Penthouse

The 200 square metre penthouse is located opposite Melbourne’s beautiful Botanical Gardens, on tree-lined St Kilda Road. This luxurious house in the sky overlooks the Shrine of Remembrance and has unique views of the city, giving it a New York feel. The clients wanted to retain a formal but relaxed and luxurious environment. The idea of combining the unusual without being fashion-driven appealed to them. They were partial to the designer’s timeless approach to design, architectural detailing and his decorative eye.
