The aim was to transform the beachfront terrace house into an inviting, inspiring and generous family home. Recent renovations had flooded the formerly dark rooms with natural light, and this motivated a refined palette with injections of colour. The project was considered holistically, acknowledging the architecture, interior design and landscaping, avoiding simply “dressing” the space. The comfortable and fun spaces created are still practical and durable and act as gathering places for the extended family.
