To achieve the proposed 4 Star Greenstar V1.1 rating, the fit out includes high frequency ballast lighting, blinds, water efficient dishwashers and waterless urinals. All internal window and door frames are constructed from external grade marine plywood. All floor, wall and ceiling finishes are GECA certified and all fabrics have a minimum ISO 9002 standard Quality Certification and ISO 14001 Enviromental Certification.
