South Yarra Boutique Office (Jagen)

What is the ‘big (IDEA)’ behind this project?
The South Yarra Boutique Office was to combine both work and entertainment areas, while maintaining an open, free-flowing space. A constructed plinth facilitates a self-contained, dual purpose space. Highly sustainable laminated ply, was used, leaving the unique edging exposed to exhibit the fine craftsmanship involved in its making. The interior reflects the warmth and interaction of the family office. A soft, casual design was integrated into the existing, bright, modern space.
