Quub is made from natural materials, bamboo ply and yellowbox, that are in relative abundance. The piece is finished with Australian non-synthetic oil (organoil). The approach to materials focused on what not to use. So, less material is used than in an average chest of drawers. The whole piece can be made of offcuts no longer than 53cm. Quub also avoids use of metal runners.
