What is the ‘big (IDEA)’ behind this project?
The design is to act as a prototype for upgrading registry facilities across New South Wales. We wanted to make using an RTA registry simpler, make more information available and focus more on RTA’s educational role in the community. The project focused on reconfiguring the overall plan, a counter redesign and a new set of clearly identified destinations within the registry environment.
